Their staff was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my sony bravia tv and send the main board panel promptly. Included also was the appropriate flash drive formatted specifically for this fix to download the software onto. I still had issues with the television and TV Parts Today staff remained concerned with solving my issue without selling me any unnecessary parts. They even sent out the same part more than once to avoid the possibility that the main board may have been defective, at their own cost. Each time I called staff was patient and guided me as to what steps I needed to take for a successful outcome.
