The shipping was a bit cumbersome in reference to the tracking. It took an awkward route, leaving for Texas. I did get email notification that it was delivered. I bought this as a reserve for my LGTV.

It is important for consumers to share positive customer service experiences when we run across them. Such was my experience with TV Parts Today. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable about the problem with my sony bravia tv and send the main board panel promptly. Included also was the appropriate flash drive formatted specifically for this fix to download the software onto. I still had issues with the television and TV Parts Today staff remained concerned with solving my issue without selling me any unnecessary parts.
